Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You receive a damaged item.
• You receive the wrong product.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 2 days if your order qualifies for a return.

Size Selection

As all Corvell footwear is handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes selected by the customer. We recommend reviewing our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Color Variation

Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of genuine leather, slight variations in color and texture may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
